We are very grateful to all of you for your generosity and love. We did our best yet another year, to rescue, rehome and spay/neuter as many dogs and cats as possible.

Due to the length of time we had to care for each and every one of them we were unable to rescue others more rapidly. Due to the budget each rescue required we couldn't do a lot more with the annual budget available. Even thou the numbers do not amount to those in 2011 for example we still had to work daily for the entire year. Such is life. Some rescues require more time and money than others. We had a lot of broken bones cases and even cancer.

Even thou my wife and I spayed/neutered a personal best of 1,200 dogs and cats, only 343 were for our charity Animed. Also, the more we have to work for our other clients the less time and space we have available for our charitable activity (as that also takes place in our clinic).

Again, a big thank you to all of you who support our charitable work on behalf of the abused and neglected.
